Erik began working as an accompanist and music director when he was 13 years old and has played in the pit for hundreds of musicals. His music direction credits include

with the Davis Musical Theatre Company,
Evil Dead: the Musical at the

Sacramento Theatre Company.
Erik worked at the
Natomas Charter Performing and Fine Arts Academy
as assistant conductor and orchestra coordinator, and worked on many shows over several years including
Evita,
Little Shop of Horrors
and Anything Goes.
Erik recently served as the Musical Directing Intern/Assistant Music Director for
PCPA Theatrefest, a professional theatre company and training conservatory on the central coast of California. He is looking forward to the future of Artistic Differences and feels blessed to work with such incredible people.
Maggie Hollinbeck, Artistic Director

Maggie Hollinbeck holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts (Drama Performance) and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology. Maggie has worked professionally as an actress, vocal director
and musical director based in New York and Los Angeles, gaining credits with Broadway touring companies as well as regional theatres such as Goodspeed Opera
House and Pasadena Playhouse. In 2004, Maggie joined the theatre scene in Sacramento and quickly established a reputation for bringing professionalism,
excellence and creativity to any project with her name on it. Her directing debut, Artistic Differences' 2007 production of HAiR, was met with critical acclaim and sold-
out performances. Maggie is committed to grounding Artistic Differences in its mission: bringing under-produced, provocative and challenging works to the Sacramento theatre community.
Kelly Daniells, General Manager

Kelly has been involved in Sacramento area community theatre for the past 15 years as an actress, singer, dancer, choreographer and - now - general manager. Kelly
recently moved back to Sacramento after spending 4 months in San Diego playing the front half of the cow in Gypsy at the Lawrence Welk Dinner Theatre and a year and a half playing Sophie in the Las Vegas production of Mamma Mia! She derives great joy from anything involving organization (especially balancing her check book).
Kelly is currently a student at Sac State, majoring in history with plans to pursue her PhD. in history upon graduation.
Ian Cullity, Technical Director

Ian is thrilled to be working with Artistic Differences as technical director. Ian recently moved to Sacramento and is currently a student at Sacramento City College.
In a previous life, Ian was part of the Las Vegas production of Mamma Mia! (Understudy Sky). Prior to that he worked with his family's theatre, Desert Stages
Theatre Company in Arizona, where he was involved in many aspects of running the theatre.
Brian Huck, Director of Development

Brian has been interested in theatre ever since seeing his first show way back in elementary school, and began getting involved after seeing his friends onstage. While not a performer, Brian has been active behind the scenes and as an audience member for many years. With plans on pursuing a career in teaching, Brian received his BA in History with a minor in Business from California State University Stanislaus in 2002. He became even more interested in show business after working for The Walt Disney Company for 7 years. He is currently a Store Manager for PUMA in Folsom. After first becoming involved in Artistic Differences 2008 production of bare, he is thrilled now to be a part of the company in the role of Director of Development. Brian is excited to be working with such a great group of people and is looking forward to seeing Artistic Differences continue to grow and become a huge success.
Gino Platina, Resident Choreographer

Gino Platina has been working as a dancer and choreographer for the past 18 years with such companies as the ARC Dance Company, San Diego State University Dance Company and the 2006 State Fair Main Stage shows, "Pop Rocks", and "The Chill Factor" through Step I Studios.
Gino has choreographed for many theaters in the greater Sacramento area such as
Woodland Opera House>,
Magic Circle,
Garbeau's Dinner Theater,
Runaway Stage Productions,
Solano Rep. and the Singing Christmas Tree at
Capitol Christian for 13 years.
Some of his major accomplishments and awards have been choreographing The Rogers Legacy for the "Cowboys, Heroes and Friends" Festival in Branson, Missouri and The Roy Rogers and Dale Evans Museum and Happy Trails Theater Show with Roy Jr. and the granddaughters of Roy and Dale, winning the 2003 SARTA Elly Award in choreography for "The Wiz", as well as winning Sacramento's Dancing with the Stars Ballroom competition with radio station 107.9. Gino has taught master classes as a guest artist/student through SDSU at universities such as Vanguard, Azusa Pacific, USC, and La Mesa Jr. College and is a co-founder of CSU Sacramento's dance society Without Boundaries: Sacramento State Dance Alliance. Gino graduated from the CSUS Theatre/Dance department in Spring 2007 and in 2008 he took on the role of Resident Choreographer for Artistic Differences. Gino is excited to be working for this amazing group.
